Hi Sushma,
Welcome to HCM,
You have multiple medical issues Diabetes type II, Cardiomyopathy, Thyroid problem( ? Underactive or overactive thyroid) and overweight.
Please take care of your diabetes and heart condition and consult your physician before going for exercise.
If you have cardiomyopathy then there is chances of water retention and diuretic drugs are given.
Please take your treatment regularly and depending on your requirement take diet of 25 Kcal/kg body weight and low in fats only 30% calories from fats out of which 10% should be saturated fats, proteins and complex carbohydrates should be there, avoid simple sugars, fried items, butter and animal fats.
There should be salt restriction as well Increasing exercise as allowed by doctor and creating deficit of 7000 Kcal in 15 days causes loss of 1 kg.
In your case if any weight reducing medicine can be used in consultation of Physician, like Orlistat which prevent absorption of fays from diet.
Weight loss is long term process and needs determination and motivation.
Hope you will be successful.
Good Luck.
