Hello, I have been experiencing some chafing between my thighs that will not go away. It started about 3-4 weeks ago. Around that time, I used an electric buzzer, for like beard and facial hair, and cleaned up my inner thighs and the entire area around there. I should note that I have two jobs, my second being a waiter where I wait on tables outside and it has been brutally hot this last month. I figured the chafing was from work. When I would work and sweat, it would bother and get worse. I have tried diaper cream, powder, etc, but I can't get it to go away. I also am feeling a swelling in my perinium muscle (which I did have a slight tear diagnosed when i was 17 years old, so I do have some reoccurring discomfort here and there from that over the years, I am 28 years of age now.) I am not having any type of discomfort during urination or ejaculation and I do not have any sores or blisters or rashes or anything on my penis. The main discomfort from the chafing feeling is around the areas I buzzed down and the issue with the perinium feels more like a swollen muscle then anything like that. Again, no discharge or anything that would indicate an STD and all the women I have been with throughout my life are clean and healthy. I am confident the chafing is from shaving/heat/constant work in the heat and not being able to rest it. What advice or medications/products would help aid this quickly?
