Hi,Welcome to HCM,
It seems that you might have some heart problem.
Go for ECG and rule out any cardiac problem.
You have not mentioned your age.If you are nearly 40 then go for blood sugar and Lipid profile.
Go for urine check up to rule out any UTI.
