Hi,
How old is your brother chicken pox is a viral disease and rash is maculopappular on face scalp and trunk, do not touch them they heal without scarring. If get infected and can form spots and continue to take supportive medication as advised by treating physician.
Please keep him in isolation to pevent spread of disease.
In patients with poor immunity anti viral drug may be given (Acyclovir).
A vaccine for chicken pox is available can be given to childeren.
Take Care
Good Luck to him

General & Family Physician Dr. Kulbir Singh's  Response
Hello Dear and thanks for the query
Do not worry, it is the natural healing process of chicken pox lesions and they will clear up in 7-10 days. Continue same medications as your doctor has prescribed you. Do not try to peel the black or red spots as they put a mark on your brother's face. Let the lesions heal on there on. Hope you got your answer.
Best Wishes
