Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

She has bipolar mood disorder along with epilepsy.
You should consult your psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management.

Doctor may advise to have some fresh investigations like CAT scan.
She might be benefited by increasing the dose of sodium valproate (encorate). Usual dose is 20-40 mg/day but you must consult your doctor before increasing the dose.

In some cases, Lithium may be required.

Thanks.
