Have Clear Penile Discharge. No Burning Or Odor. Done STD Test. Help

I have a clear/white discharge that i noticed from my penis . There was no burning, or feeling at all, the only reason I even noticed was because i looked down and saw it while I was having a bowel movement . There was no odor to it either. I went to the doctor and they ran STD test and waiting on that to come back, but i just noticed while I was passing what i thought to be a bowel, that the white/clear discharge is now coming from my anus . i cant think of any STD that would cause that. If it helps, I am a 28 year old white male and I take hydrocodone , and reflux meds regularly.

Hi, it appears to be the (chyluria)passage of the lymphatic system drain. It will be confirmed by the examination of the urine. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe di ethyl carbamazine ctrate, 150 mg BD, for 15 days. Thank you.
