Have Congestion, Fever, Cough, Body Ache, Lost Voice, Muscle Pain. Why Is There Stiffness In Shoulders And Neck?

I have lost my voice now for 4 days. Started a week ago with congestionfever sneezing cough and body aches. Now i dont have a voice, tight cough, once in awhile productive but mainly dry and tight. Sore throat fatigue occational fever morning congestion muscle pain in left arm cannot lift anything without almost dropping it due to excruciating pain from elbow down anf stiffness in my shoulders and neck.

Welcome to the HCM.
You are suffering with Respiratory Tract infection along with the viral Myositis (inflammation of muscles due to the high grade fever and viral infection)

Probabaly along with the viral infection you might have contacted with superadded bacterial infection also.

You require to take lot of fluid and maintain your proper nutrition.

Analgesic, antinflammatory medicine along with some bronchdilators expectorant, antihistaminic and decongestant medicines will relieve your symptoms on 4 to 5 days.

Antibiotics may be added if there are lot of expectoration along with fever.
