Have Constant Back Pain. No Test Or Medication Till Now. What To Do To Overcome This Problem?

I have constant back pain when I sleep or stand on a ladder.......when I bend to the ground with my knees then try to get up....it is very painful ,feels like I have lost the strength in my knees......I have to grab ahold of something near me and use my upper body to pull myself up....or if there is nothing around .put my fists on the floor and push myself up quick...plus if I it for any length of time and straighten my lets ,I get sharp pains

Hi,
You have not mentioned your age.
If you are elderly then thare are all chances of having osteo-artheritis changes in vertebral column and in the knee joints causing problem like backache, difficulty while getting up.
go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region and of knee joints.
After reports go for treatment accordingly.
Avoid bending knee joints more, avoid squatting or cross legs.
Do back-extension exercise.
Take calcium and vitamin A, D supplements.
Ok and bye.
