Have Constipation During Ovulation. Have Intramural Fibroid In Anterior Wall. Do I Need Surgery?

Sir, I have 2.4cmintramural fibroid in anterior wall which is causing endometrial pressure,another1.3cm intramural fibroid noted anterior wall.i am 45 years old and the problem iam facing is severe constipation durinf ovulation time,and first two days heavy bleeding. kindly advice whether an emergeny surgery(removal of uterus) is required or not.

Hi there. Sorry you are having these difficulties. To answer your question, Yes I think that hysterectomy will need to be given serious consideration but not as an emergency. Without surgery your situation is not going to improve. Thank you and good luck
