Have Constipation, Hemorrhoids. Can I Take Isabgol While Breastfeeding?

Hello sir, i am lactating mother of 17 day old child, i am suffering from constipation and haemorrhoids,kindly suggest me if i can take naturolax husk powder which contains psyllum to get relief from constipation , i am worrying that if iispagol get secrets in breastmilk? And kindly suggest me regarding how pillow and matress of such small baby should be? I would be highly obliged if my queries will be answered, thank you

Hi nilimabudhraja ! you can take husk in SOS situation. If pain take diclofenac tab but do consult doctor. what i am saying is, take vitamine and iron tab, milk product, juice, vegetabels, as your baby is also eating what you eating. Apply gel for oral ulcer. now! About baby. sure it should be soft and clean, no artifical color and synthetic. Need soft pillow filled with sunflower seeds or bean which give round structure to head and support to neck. As weather is cold give bady massage too. Be healthy take care. Bye.
