I have a mild discomfort every now and then in my scrotum/bladder area on the right hand side. The feeling It is a bit been kicked in the privates but no where near as painful. It is not very painful but it is worrying, when I press on bladder area they is a little pain, I stumble is rumbling a bit and my stools this morning were a bit more loose than normal. I live in the tropics of Cambodia where bacterial infections are common. No other problems, it only came on last night. My worry is because it feels as though I was hit in the privates.
