Have Discomfort In Upper Left Side Of Back. Normal EKG. Normal BP, Cholesterol. Any Risk Of Heart Attack?

I have no history of heart problems and exercise regularly. The last few days I have had discomfort in my upper left side of my back. It comes and goes and is more of a discomfort than pain. I have had an EKG within the last fiv e months and it was normal. My colestoroyl is under 200 and blood pressure always good. Should I be worried about a heart attack?
