Have Discomfort Under Lower Left Rib Cage With Constipation, Loose Bowels. What To Do?
I ve had discomfort under my lower left rib cage with constapation plus loose bowels. this has been going on for five months. as well when I go to the washroom I feel like I really have to go but only go a bit or not at all.I m concerned I might have a blockage in my large bowel as it is getting worse as time goes on.

From history it seems that you might be having some gastro-intestinal infection giving rise this problem.
Go for one course of Ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine course for 3-5 days.
Take plenty of water.
