Have Dull Pain In My Foot. Now Painful In Whole Leg. Feels Tight. Cure For Symptoms?
I'm 44yrs old, female.
During the night about 8 hrs ago I woke up with a throbbing dull pain in the top of my foot, it would not go no matter what position, getting up 4 hrs later the pain is down my whole leg I'm my left bum cheek going down the back of my leg and into my foot, the pain in my foot is also underneath now, it is ok to walk on just feels tight. Any suggestion ?

First, have you had any trauma recently ? - in your leg, foot or spinal cord
Next, do you suffer from any other disease? - diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, arthritis
If you do not have the above mentioned problems, then, sometimes, such pains are transitory and can be reversed on they own.
Some other times, it might be related to vitamins deficiencies.
I suggest to wait for a couple of days, if the pain is still troubling you, then discuss with your doctor for the above-mentioned options.
Meanwhile, you can have oral painkillers and topical analgesic cream together with local massages.
