Hello there! Swollen feet/ edema and history of hypertension and shortness of breath are not very good omens. You are going in to Right heart failure. See the cardiologist and seek help. Modify life style and behaviou and control hypertension and be compliant in medications and stay in constant touch with your cardiologist. You need special care. also have a look on your electrolytes as lasix will derange potassium and adds the risk of arrythmias which you cant afford at this time. Do some thing about it before you get pulmonary hypertension and right heart failure.
