Hi Dr, I am Nira from Sri LAnka .. I am 165 cm height and 78 kg weight . I just want to reduce my weight .. I am really worried about my health .. I eat egg bun for breakfast , boiled green gram for lunch and oats for dinner .. Daily I do Orbitek workout for 10 mins .. I tried and tried to increase my time to work out but could not..

Hello,
The cornerstone for weightloss treatment is removing the doubt of hypothyroidism by getting thyroid function tests done along with proper diet and a good exercise regimen.
As far as diet is concerned,you should take more of proteins and less of carbohydrates and fats.
As far as exercises are concerned,you must do daily aerobic exercises for atleast 1 hour every day.Doing it for 10 minutes a day can not serve the purpose.
You have to take out time for your exercises,somehow.
In case you still are not able to achieve the weightloss of our own,take the professional guidance of a dietician and a physical exercise trainer.
Keeping yourself physically fit and in your required range of BMI is very important for good future health.
