Have Excessive Bleeding. Have Retroverted Uterus, Bulky, Inhomogenous. Meaning?
my name is Snigdha, age 36, 1 child age 18,i have menstruation problem, every month over bleeding its roiling 3 years. i put up here my ultrasonogram report. the uterus is midline and retroverted in position. it is bulky in shape with normal contour and size measuring 78.1 mm in length, 59.1 mm in width. the myometrium is inhomogeneous in echotexture. there is a hypoechoic mass like area measuring (2.3X1.8)cm width ill defined out line noted at posterior wall. impression : bulky uterus with inhomogenous texture. Pls confirm me u have any medicin for remove adenomyosis or Homeopathy.

Most women have some adenomyosis as they near menopause but few women have symptoms, and most women don’t require any treatment (but in your case it seems you will require treatment).
In some cases, pain medicine may be needed (you seem not to experience any, so that will be excluded from your treatment). Birth control pills and a progesterone-containing intrauterine device (IUD) can help decrease heavy bleeding.
Hysterectomy is a final definitive treatment for severe symptoms.

The condition calls for a treatment that may extend for some time. The bulky uterus and heavy bleeding has got to be cured and in ayurveda Ashoka is a good uterine tonic. I would recommend you to have Tab. ayapon to control bleeding, vridhi badhini vati to check any extra growth and punarnava mandur to reduce swelling and replenish haemoglobin along with ashoka arisht to strengthen uterus
