I am suppose to be getting a hysterectomy next week, now i am kind a lery after reading more about it. I have fibrods I dont have pain. Now I notice my period is on still. This has never happen before it normally stays on 6 days. with the 6 day being really light. Do you think since I had the test for endomitris my period is longer this time.
Also i am keeping my ovaries, but thinking now I should keep my cervix or vagina Confused
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. You are going to have hysterectomy next week, leaving the ovaries . you are feeling anxious and have the prolonged period. The prolonged period may be due to the anxiety. There is no point in thinking about keeping the cervix is of no point, if there is no changes in the cervix they will leave the cervix. The vegina they will leave as it is. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
