Have Fibromyalgia And Sjogrens Syndrome. Began Taking Plaquenil And Fibromyalgia Flared. Was On Exocax And Lyrica. Suggest?

I have fibromyalgia (last 20+ years) and sjogrens syndrome (last 7 years), I recently began taking plaquenil. I noticed within 45 minutes after taking that my fibromyalgia flares so bad that I havenot hurt this bad in years. I can barely function. Is this normal? Will it always be this way? Will it abate and become bearable? I have been on Lyrica for the last 2 years along with Exocax and I was feeling functionable, but since starting the Plaquenil, I feel horrible. generally plaquenil does not cause these symptoms.
try taking it for a few days and I am sure the pain will abate.
