Have Flat Orange Freckle Dots On Inner Thighs. What Is It?

Hi, I just noticed several days ago that I have loads of tiny little dots on my inner thighs. They look orange, like freckles. They are flat and I can't feel them on my skin when I run my finger over them. To me they look like tiny freckles or popped blood vessels but much much smaller. They are not itchy. Could you help me determine what it could be? Thank you. Anna
