Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The Mri scan findings are suggestive of a disc prolapse with nerve root compression which is likely to cause the symptoms of pain and nerve weakness. You need to consult an orthopedician for proper treatment.

hI,
You are suffering from back pain for many years, getting worst now. Your MRI scan on the back reveals that you have a protrusion at L2-L3 and a tear in the annulus, associated with this you have symptoms of FLU, - tiredness, tingling, numbness in arms, legs, aching feeling in your ribs and blurred vision. The causes of your back pain is clearly revealed in the MRI report showing the damages - due to commonly by degenerating disease, for which exercise, medicine or surgery as per advise of neuro surgeon.
regarding your FLU like complaints you need blood test along with blood culture and sensitivity and treatment accordingly.
Regarding your blurring of vision may not be due to flu, may be due some drugs you are taking for back pain or local eye defective vision - need ophthalmic examination
Best wishes
