Hi,
As you are having chronic urinary tract infection, go for urine test for culture and sensitivity.
This will show causative organisms and antibiotic effective against it.
After report go for long specific antibiotic medicine course after consulting your doctor.
Take plenty of water.
During Ramzan month, what I think after Iftar take plenty of water till morning so that missing water during day time will be compensated to some extent.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
