Have Had A Mirena Coil For Past 3-4 Years Now

Have had a mirena coil for past 3-4 years now and starting to experience painful twinging in my womb area. I don't have any bleeding or if I do notice a tiny smidge of pinkish discharge for a couple of hours every 2-3months but no pains. I get twinges in my breasts every few months and frequently have to pee.
Here's the thing I feel pregnant and I know its not likely, but I'm getting headaches, tender breasts, nausea, frequent urination, lower abdominal twinges and tired, no energy, taste buds have changed gone off lots of foods, drinks, smells seem way stronger then normal and generally feeling crap. Does this mirena stay 99.8% effective throughout all 5yrs its placed do you have any advice please ??
