Have Had Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea, Feeling Light Headed And Dizzy . Pain Not Easing. Suggest?

Hello, since Friday I've had stomach cramps and diarrhoea feeling light headed and dizzy and feeling sick but not being sick,the past 18 hours my stomach cramps have got a lot worse it feels like my whole stomach goes into spasm this happens every 5-15 mins but stomach feels sore and tender all the time. It doesn't seem to be easing up at all the pain is getting worse

Hi ! From the history, it seems that you have got a food poisoning from the food you might have eaten from outside for which you did not take any medicines yet and so the infection is still persisting. I would advise you to go for a routine stool and urine test , and then consult your general physcian with the report who after examining you may advise some anti parasitic/antibiotic/anti amebic drug. Good luck.
