Have Had Swollen Glands Under Neck Below Chin, Very Sore. No Other Symptoms. Suggest?
i have had swollen glands under next for a couple of months now. But no symptoms for an infection. They are very sore though. I do have a slight post nasal drip and I dont know if that has anything to do with it. Otherwise my over all health is fine. No tiredness, good appetite no weight loss. No other symptoms of anything. Just the sore swollen glands right under my chin.
