Have Hair Fall With Dandruff. Any Side Effect Free, Effective Shampoo For Dandruff? Oil For Hair Growth?

Hello Doctor,
I am Jatin from south west delhi, i am facing so much hair fall with dandruff,
from last one year please suggest me side effect free, effective shampoo for dandruff.
(delhi is very dandruff prone in November to March due to cool weather)

Suggest me any oil or supplement for hair healthy hair growth, since now now front sides are empty and has less hair in front middle side.

I do follow good diet as i can.
I do regular 2 km running and 15 min daily
I have been using homeopathic medicine for last 8 months, but nothing is satisfactory in any area.

NOW COMING TO YOUR QUERY,I THINK U MUST BE DEVELOPING A CONDITION KNOWN AS MALE PATTERN BALDNESS.
DANDRUF COULD BE A MAJOR CAUSE OF HAIRFALL.
YOU CAN USE A SHAMPOO CALLED SCALPE WHICH IS HIGHLY EFFECTIVE IN CLEARING DANDRUFF.
