Have Hard Lymph Node Under Ear. Swollen Tonsil, Sore Throat, Cough And Acid Reflux. Treatment?

Hello, I am 18 and have had a large (about 1.25 in.) hard lymph node under my right ear, behind the jaw for about 1.5 months now, it has not changed in size as far as I can tell and is not tender or painful. Additionally, I have had a slightly swollen right tonsil and a sore throat with slight cough for the past two weeks. I have had no other flu-like symptoms; no fatigue, fever, runny nose, etc. I was wondering if the sore throat and cough could be caused by the acid reflux I have been having lately do to stress and the tonsil could be caused by my first wisdom tooth recently breaking through the skin? I have no idea what to think of the lymph node though...

Hello dear you are suffering from two different problems
First you have tonsillitis with some sort of chronic ear infectionwhich has caused the lymph node to swell up,,,,cure take full course of levofloxacin for seven days along aiyh panadol c,f for 7 days
Second os acid reflux ,,,reguarding life style modification avoid spices,take fresh juices,lot of fiber lot pf water,,,reguarding medication take ant.acids when needed,,,,take care stay blessed
