hello and welcome to HCM,

You have mentioned that you are suffering from addisons disease characterized by deficiency of adrenal hormones. Steroids (hydrocortisone) is used for its treatment.
Hashimoto's thyroiditis is an autoimmune disease affecting the thyroid. It leads to hypothyroidism or deficiency of thyroid hormones.
Since, you are taking thyroxine (synthroid) the symptoms of hypothyroidism should be controlled by it.
However, the symptoms that you have mentioned- weakness, anxiety, fatigue, depression, etc are indicative of abnormality of thyroid hormones.
What is your drug compliance? Do you take your medicines regularly well in time?
You need to get thyroid function tests.
If there is any abnormality in the levels of thyroid hormones, the dose of thyroxine needs to be altered.
Consult your treating doctor for further work up.

Thanks and take care
