Have Heaviness Of Head And Dizzy. Have Vertigo And Sinus. Took Antibiotics And Steroids. What To Do?

I have vertigo for more than 5 weeks its getting better now but Im still dizzy I was on Antibiotics for sinus infection that didnt work and last week anti inflamatory steroids , after anti inflamatory steroids it got a bit better but today I feel my back and front of the head heavy nd pounding I feel pressure in my sinus alomost as when its bad weather and its a lot of pressure.

Hi,

It looks like you are having dizziness, headache along with vertigo and sinusitis and this has been troubling your for 5 weeks.
As you are already through antibiotics and anti inflammatory steroids, I assume you are taking that under medical supervision.

You may need further evaluation by imaging of your sinuses and if that is normal, a CT scan of your head may be required as directed by your doctor.

Now days with latest imaging tests the presence of sinus disease like polyps can easily be detected and curative treatment provided.
