Having Head Rushes, Not Painful, Feeling Pressure All Over Body, Tightness In Chest. Reason? Medication?

I am having strange symptoms my doctor is trying to blame on anxiety . I ve had anxiety all my life, with every symptom, and I ve learned to control it without medication. About 3 weeks ago I started having whatbinwould call head rushes. These head rushes weren t painful at all, I wasn t dizzy, it just felt like a head rush of pressure in my face, ears, roof of mouth, neck, sinus area, and base of head, all that along with tightness in my chest . I had a ct scan of my head and all they found was cysts on my sinuses which the ER doctor told me wouldn t have caused my symptoms. I feel so helpless and desperate to find an answer. I truly feel like I m dying.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Congestion of the sinuses can cause facial discomfort and a sensation of pressure in the face and nasal passages.

Sinus disease would not normally cause any symptoms in the chest.
Chest discomfort can be related to any structure in the chest from the skin inwards (skin, bones, muscles, lungs, heart or anxiety)
Determining the exact origin would require a careful history of the nature of the pain and any associated symptoms, examination and possibly investigations.

If you wish for a second opinion on your symptoms, it would be best to obtain a copy of the CT or the report and take it to another physician who can examine you and review the imaging results.

I hope this helps
