After removing a molar, you do have a swelling around your angle of jaw. But you never have a
hematoma. If there is a hematoma and that too a hematoma which is visible from the skin, then there is surely a problem.
A hematoma which is increasing in size needs medical attention and you should see your
dentist soon.
The pain persists for 6-7 daysbut instead of takingahuge dose of a single pain killer like 3,200mg of
ibuprofen, it is good that you mis them with other painkillers like
diclofenac,
paracetamol and reduce the dose of ibuprofen that you are taking.
