Have Hemorrhoid, Loose Bowel, Large And Visible. Right Medication?

I have a hemorrhoid that came on last Monday . I don't know why it appeared. I have a good diet , I'm in good shape and I'm healthy. I noticed I had loose bowel most of the day Sunday before, but I figured it was from spicy food I ate the night before (Saturday). The pain has subsided but it is still large and visible...gross. What can I take to get rid of it and do I need a script? Preparation H Isn't doing it. I've gone through issue like this about 15 yrs + ago and that's when I changed my diet. I've been good ever since . Help,

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Take following measures .
1 Nfidipine is the drug of choice + ANOVATE local application.
2 The main reason I have noted in hemorrhoids case is undue straining at the time of defecation . Whether there is desire or not desire for defecation , patient will try to pass stool early in the morning .
3 Constipation is the another reason of hemorrhoids .
High fiber diet with plenty of water will help.
