Have History Of Kidney Stones, Off Late Have Bladder Incontinence. What Could Cause This?

Hello I am concern about me wetting myself just before I got to the restroom, I sneezed and I wet myself some and I made it to the restroom on time, but my underwear was wet. Is there something serivous this has happend once before , I had kidney stone removed by lesser in 2003 , MGRIVERA

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
urgency for urination .

This could be due to what is called as Over Active Bladder or stress incontinence.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment to confirm the diagnosis.

Taking drugs like Solifenacin or Darifenacin will help to control spasms of the bladder and thereby urge to pass urine.

Do Kegel exercises daily ,it will help to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and urethral sphincter to prevent stress incontinence.
