Have Hot/cold Sweats, Congestion, Pain In Upper Right Shoulder In Collar Bone Area, Greenish Thick Phlegm. Should I Worry ?

I have had hot/ cold sweats, congestion and pain in upper right shoulder in the collar bone area, I don t have a cough except first thing in the morning when it shifts the congestion, when I blow my nose it is a thick greenish yellow colour. Fevers now gone and other symptons improving, should I be worried about the pain in shoulder?

Hi,In case you are having persistent pain in collar bone region esp. if it is increases on deep breathing with cough and congestion , then you might need investigation in form of blood tests ,ECG and chest X Ray. Meanwhile you can take antiallergics, antibiotics , decongestants and NSAIDS. Hope it helps.
