Hi,Dr my father age 63yrs old c/o left iliac fossa pain and abdominal fullness as he prescribe with low grade fever, pain relived by vomiting induced by him self,pain not improved by PPIs, past medical not have any chronic illnes,so viral serology negative,past surgical h/o cholecystectomy and ERCP done after operation ,all invx normal,EXcept ESR 90 , uss:normal,Echo and ECG (normal)
