Have Indigestion And Heart Burn For A Long Time. Have Vomiting Along With Chest And Back Pain. What To Do?
i have been suffering from indigestion and heart burn for many years, however over the past couple of years it has increased I have had treatment in the past i had to take a tablet for 6 weeks. However over the past 4 days I have had severe indigestion, i have vomited, i feel nauseous all the time, I have chest and back pain continually and I have trapped wind (belching), i have these symptoms all day even if i have eaten or not.

you have to undergo upper GI endoscopy to cofirm the diagnosis
take proton anta gonists like omeprazole or pentaprozole
take small frequent bland diet.
