Have Injured Ankles, Hurt The Tendon. Have Pain In Foot. Suggested Stuffed Tendon. Related?
hi, I had injured my ankle tripping up stairs months ago and hurt the akilies tendon, now I have pain in the bottom of my foot I went to the hospital and they think it is a stuffed tendon. I just wanted to know what you think and if it is related to the ankle injury because of work I didn't rest it and it is killing me, what treatment would the doctor give me
Because you have pain in the bottom of foot and also it is work related.
If you stand for long hours or using hard foot wears, you are very prone to get plantar fasciitis.
My advises are 1. Give rest for foot. 2. While working, please take rest by sitting. 3. Use hot water bag for pain. 4. Try physiotherapy. 5. Take pain killers like ibuprofen or diclofenac.
Hope this helps. Please reply for further queries. Wishing you good health.
