Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.

I suspect you may have Plantar fasciitis.

Because you have pain in the bottom of foot and also it is work related.

If you stand for long hours or using hard foot wears, you are very prone to get plantar fasciitis.

My advises are
1. Give rest for foot.
2. While working, please take rest by sitting.
3. Use hot water bag for pain.
4. Try physiotherapy.
5. Take pain killers like ibuprofen or diclofenac.

Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
