Have Intermittent Pain Below Navel Around Waistline. Started When Was Working Out. Taking Antibiotic. What Is It?

I have a sharp pain that comes and goes about 2"-3" below navel around waistline. It occurred as I was working out this morning and again this afternoon, while watching TV. I've never experienced this type of stabbing pain before and was wondering what could be causing it? I'm currently taking antibiotics for another issue...

Thanks
