Dear Doctor,
I am a 27 years of Age female married . I have had the problem of irregular menustrstion, in every 2 or 3 weeks, Before i will have the symptom like my stomach becomes big than normally to the sxtint which causes uneasyness, bad urine odor, firstly without any pain it showns blood spot lightly which is of brown / red colour for first 4days then slowly after 5 to 6 days flow of blood which lasts for almost 2 weeks or sometimes 15 days. Sometimes tiny number of bubbles are seen in blood, I wonder why this is happening to me?? before 3 to 4 years back i had regular menustration every month for almost 5 to 6 days. Please suggest me the cause and remedies to it???

Your symptoms are basically premenstrual syndrome due to hormonal changes.
You should consult a gynaecologist for a urine test to rule out urinary infection, a blood test for hormonal problem and ultrasonography to rule out any other problem.
