Have Irregular Periods. During This Period Had Huge Clots, And Heavy Periods. Feel Light Headed, Headaches. Treatment?

hi I just ended my period today. but it was really abnormal I had some very huge clots about the size of those little tomatoes. I had to change my pad about every 1 and a half hours. I never had such a heavy period and this one lasted for a full week which mine never do they usually last for 3-5 days. and now that its over my feel really light headed and my head hurts a lot, I have to take pills. and also my period is weird because sometimes I don't have it for 3-4 months. what should I do is this just a crazy period or should I wait until next month and see what happens?

i advise you to consult your gynaecologist

this can be a miscarriage,since you have not such periods before

i advise you to have a ultrasound to see any pieces remain in uterus

heavy periods may result in iron deficiency

i want to know about your dietary habits.


take iron supplements and deworm

improve your diet.add meat,spinach fresh vegetables and fruits to diet

avoid tea and coffee.


take painkillers like brufen in case of pain
