Have Irregular Periods. Had Periods Followed By Cramps, Bloating, Nausea And Frequent Urination. What Is It?

I always normally have irregular periods sometimes a month or two late that last about a week. my perio was a month late and only lasted 4 day but it was as heavy as normal and i had to #2 a lot. I am having cramps bloating nausea and having to pee about every 30 mins to an hour even though im not on it anynore. What could this mean?

Hello there!
Thank you for asking. All you symptoms are the classic presentation of UTI and the irregular menses need a bit work up but it is usually due to PCOS. so you need a proper management for that. losing weight with consulting a gynaecologist would be a good start
