Have Irregular Periods. Have Been Bleeding Now Frequently. Was Taking Folic Acid. Have Body Allergies Now. Suggestions?

i married and have been trusting Gid to have my own children. Although i do hav irregular period but last 2 month it stoo and stated agin after 37days..in the same month after o.e week of my period it started and drop for 2days stop..after 2days again start run for 10days and the mensturation blood was very pure which grip fear in me.
How ever earyler before, i have alway been taking Forlic acid, vitamine C, vitimine E Omega3 and some times Evening prime rose. i was told to stop them since it was not Doctors prescritions to me.
Moreover, i have some lf rhe symton stated here. ..like body allegy and i dont sleep very well at night
please. .i have not yet see any Doctor, what do i do? .i need your advice on this

Taking folic acid only doesnt control your bleeding.You need to know the cause of the continuous bleeding.If you are near to menopause then irregular periods in due to harmonal imbalance and itsnothing to worry but if not you need to have a scan and consult your doctor.For noe take tab.tranexemic and mefenemic acid to control your bleeding and try to consult a gynecologist so that you may know the cause and you will be treated better.Thank you.
