Have Lightheadedness After Taking Zpack For Sinus Infection, Take Lexapro. How Do They Work Together ?

I have been taking 5mg of lexapro for 2 months. This seems to work fine for me. Last week I took a zpack for a sinus infection, since that time I am experiencing lightheadiness and am very tired. Could it be the combination of these 2 drugs making me feel awful? Also, can I take an aspirin for an occasional headache?

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that the combination could result in dizziness or lightheadedness but these symptoms would normally only occur for the time period that you are using both together.

If you have completed the course of the antibiotics there should be no residual symptoms related to the combination.

It is also possible that the symptoms may also be related to the sinus infection itself.

You can consider visiting your doctor for an evaluation if the symptoms continue.

I hope this helps
