Have Lot Of Spider Veins In The Legs Which Is Spreading

yes, I have a lot of spider veins, especially my feet are covered with them & steady growing, an isore. more concerned with lower right leg has area of skin that is very dry, you can see the shape of dry cells, purplish or darker than skin color & is swollen. not like that on left side. i am overweight by 80 lbs & take high blood pressure medicine tribenzor.
am i developing an ulcer? is there a serious risk if I need to have bad veins stripped?

Hi, I went through your query. Spider veins can cause ulcers . They hamper blood supply in your legs too. Also they might be due to some underlying serious disease. So I would advise you to gt an ultrasonogram of abdomen done. If you do need to get your veins stripped , in the hands of an expert surgeon it should not be a problem. You will need to get the deep vein patency checked before stripping. After that it has the same risks as any ordinary operation. Hope this helps.
