Hi, I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. Stress can make you miss your period but will certainly not cause lower abdominal pain. The cause of pain could have been PID (pelvic inflammatory disease) since you started feeling it within your normal cycle (day18). However, associated missed period may suggest that there could be an ectopic pregnancy. If I were your treating doctor, I would ask for a pregnancy test and a pelvic ultrasound. i would suggest that you consult a doctor for proper evaluation.
I hope I answered your query
I wish you good health
