Have Lower Back Pain. Can Hardly Walk. Pressure On Head, Nausea, Cold Sweats And Lost Vision For 3 Minutes.

Hi, I'm a 37 year old female weight 130 height 5'3. I woke up with a bad lower back pain could hardly walk, felt pressure in my head i felt like my head was on fire felt nauseas had cold sweats and lost my vision on both eyes for like 3 minutes, my vision slowly came back. I went to the emergency room got no answers.Thank you

Hi, it appears to be due to fever, or hypertension, both can cause the above symptoms. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patients with such symptoms prescribe cifixime, analgesic, omeprazole, anddomperidon, if hypertension is there pills for it .
