Have Lower Middle Pain, Upper Back Pain, Tailbone Pain. Fell Down From Stairs. Underlying Cause

I was walking downstairs and I had slippery socks on. My feet came out fro under me and I fell straight on my tail none on the stairs. As soon as I fell, I got this wave on pain shoot through my back. Now, I am experiencing lower middle and upper back pains including the neck. My tailbone is also in pain and hurts to touch but I can walk. What do you think happend?

Probably there may be fracture of the tail bone.
Also there may be muscular pains due to fall.
Better consult an orthopedic surgeon and confirm the diagnosis and take treatment under his guidance.
