Hello,

Repetitive fall is prone for trauma like hematoma(blood clot) or fracture.
I would advise my patient to taken an X ray of the area to rule out hematoma and fracture. Ice packing of the swelling and analgesic are prescribed for pain and swelling.

Pain under the rib cage is most commonly due to Gastritis. Proton pump inhibitors like omeprazole is prescribed. Gastroscopy will help in the diagnosis. Consult and discuss with your doctor.
