Have Lump On Throat, Swelling, Blurred Vision, High BP, Hot And Sweaty Hands. Taken Nitroglycerin. Tests Normal

I am a 52 yr old man. I had a lump come up on my throat. It went away by that night. Then 2 days later, it came up again even bigger but had moved up onto my check. It also swells up some behind the ear on that side. The lump came up and I started rubbing it and within 5 minutes I started having blurred vision, BP 168/112 P 142 my hands became extremely hot and sweaty both my eyes became very very red my face was white as a ghost. I took a nitroglycerin and it calmed everything down some. Then several hours later, it started all over so my wife made me go to ER. They did a EKG, drew blood, and did a chest xray. They said it was all normal and sent me home. The knot comes and goes and was not really bad when I went to ER. Then the next day, it swelled up again and everything started again. I went to the ER and they did the same test-said all normal. I just do not feel good. I am out of breath all the time. Something is not right and I dont know if everything is related but it started at the same time. My mother died at 45 and my dad had his first heart attack at my age.
