Thank you for your query.
Cervical spine is consisted of 7
cervical vertebrae C1 to C7 and intervetebral discs, one in between each pair of vertebra. Also, normally, the cervical spine is curved with the convexity forwards.
Now according to your report, there is no fracture of the
vertebral body or its processes (prolongations, encircling the cavity through which
spinal cord passes) or riding up of one vertebrae on other (no listhesis). the vertebrae are normal in height.
however, there is loss of the normal curvature of the cervical spine (leading to straightening), there are bony spurs (osteophytes) formed in the anterior part of the C4- C6 vertebrae.
Also, the intervetebral discs between C4-C5 and C5-C6 are mildly worn out or deterorated.
All these suggest
cervical spondylosis, which may cause your symptoms of left arm tingling and skin sensation abnormality, by causing irritation on the nerves coming out of the spinalcord at the above mentioned levels.
hope i've been able to satisfy your query. please feel free to contact me for any further clarifications.best of luck.
